Star Muck Bourach, a collection of poems from David Ross Linklater and scored by Phillip Jon Taylor, is rooted in the rural landscape of Easter Ross in the Scottish Highlands. With voices of field and shore, it explores how in this modern age we relate to the land and each other, our heritage, and where we find meaning from our lived experience. The poems and their musical backdrop seek out the wonder of the mundane, the beauty of the natural world, nostalgia for a place that may or may not have existed. This collection strives to understand what was a dream and what wasn't.
